We all need to stay safe and alert during this Pandemic, the basic advice is:
stay at home as much as possible, except for exercise or shopping etc.
· Keep distance from others if going out (2meters if possible)
contact with other people
· Wash Hands Regularly
Keep in contact with your social network, friends, family and services that can help, as during
this time we can feel isolated and being able to talk to somebody can remind us that we are not on our own.
